Asma Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% export oriented unit situated in Cochin Special Economic Zone, under the Ministry of Commerce Government of India, for the manufacture and export of Latex Examination Gloves and Latex Surgical Gloves since 1988.  It was the first unit to manufacture Latex Gloves in CSEZ.  The company employs about 120 workers on an average of 99.6% of its production capacity, which is 36 million pieces of latex examination gloves or 15 million pairs of latex surgical gloves.

Latex gloves are manufactured by using imported, state of the art, fully automated Glove Line Unit, which ensures quality products at higher production capacities.  On line monitoring systems ensure that all materials used for production meets the specifications set by the Q.C. Department.  Gloves are manufactured under strict quality control.  100% inspection is carried out to ensure that they meet and exceed international specifications.  This is to ensure A-1 quality.  All workers are medically examined and are given continuous training by in-house faculties as well as out side agencies.
